THE LONGEVITY EDIT:

SEPTEMBER 25th-28th

A calm, curated weekend reset just before the seasons change.

This longevity-focused retreat brings together nervous system science, functional movement, intelligent strength work, and thoughtfully curated nourishment to support energy, resilience, and recovery.

Set in the Dorset countryside, the weekend blends dynamic yoga and skill-based movement labs with restorative practices and deeply considered food, designed to support gut health, blood sugar balance, and sustainable energy. Thoughtfully designed to support a range of abilities, with personalised guidance offered throughout the retreat.

This is calm, credible wellbeing; rooted in practices that work.

Everything across the weekend is shaped around four core pillars of longevity.
Together, they form a considered framework for how we move, recover, nourish, and connect in ways that support long-term health.

THE FRAMEWORK

THE SETTING

Launceston Farm sits within the Dorset countryside, offering space, quiet, and a sense of ease that allows you to slow down.

The house, indoor swimming pool, and sauna support both movement and recovery, creating space for activity and rest in equal measure. Open landscapes and scenic walking routes invite gentle countryside walks, offering time to breathe deeply and reconnect with nature at an unhurried pace.

These sessions are designed to feel relaxed and inspiring, with practical ideas you can take home and integrate into everyday life.

THE RETREAT HOSTS

This retreat is led by two highly experienced hosts, Becky and Rebecca, each with 500+ hours of advanced training, offering a calm, well-held, and intelligently supported experience throughout the weekend.

Having trained together, the hosts share a common language and approach, allowing the retreat to flow with ease, consistency, and depth across all practices.

Both hosts are also busy mums, navigating full lives alongside work, family, and teaching. The retreat’s four pillars; movement, nourishment, rest, and mindfulness, are not abstract concepts, but practices we rely on daily to sustain energy, resilience, and clarity in real life.

With one host always teaching and the other assisting, you’ll receive thoughtful guidance, intelligent adaptations, and a level of care that allows you to feel supported, confident, and genuinely held.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

To secure your space please complete the form on this page, stating your name, email and room preference.

Once confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your space, via bank transfer.

The remaining balance is due by June 25th 2026. We’ll be in touch ahead of time with a reminder and full payment details, so everything feels clear and unhurried. We will also send out a health proforma and find out any dietary requirements you have to ensure you are catered for.

A few things to gently note:

  • The deposit is non-refundable; we begin committing to venues, teachers, and suppliers as soon as your place is reserved.

  • If the remaining balance isn’t received by the due date, we may need to offer the space to someone on the waiting list.

  • Should you need to cancel after paying in full, any refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) will depend on whether your place can be filled.

  • Guests should feel comfortable taking part in gentle to moderate movement and activities such as walking on uneven ground.

If you have any questions, uncertainties, financial reservations, or would simply like to talk things through before booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always happy to help.
