The art of stillness

Born out of a desire to make yoga accessible for everyone, my Monday Yin class offers a gentle, restorative practice that nurtures both body and mind. Long-held poses target deep connective tissues and stimulate the body’s natural relaxation response, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance.

This has grown into a popular weekly session, now cherished for its warm, welcoming community. Each week, we come together to slow down, unwind and reconnect with ourselves.

What to Expect

  • Guided Meditation – settle your mind and ease into stillness

  • Breathwork (Pranayama) – connect with your breath to deepen relaxation

  • Aromatherapy – essential oils to enhance your practice and calm the senses

  • Optional Gentle Assists – hands-on adjustments for added support and comfort
